充分了解客户需求，项目背景、企业文化、建筑设计理念、室内设计理念、园林景观设计理念、酒管公司、装饰设计公司等第三方公司的工作进度；
实地考察项目楼层、功能布局、建筑外立面、园林景观、地下层等区域，确定基础点位；收集设计方给的最新工程图纸；
根据前期考察结果，确定点位布置，结合室内、室外的整体设计风格，初步概念设计完成，国际品牌酒店需要结合品牌标准来执行；
签订设计合同，规范设计时间、进度、设计内容、提交设计成果等；
提供深化设计图纸：材质要求、制作工艺说明、工程清单、工程造价预算表、成品打样等配合甲方招投标或做参考。
出具工程制作报价清单；
客户签字确认方案及报价表；
签订合同，执行合同付款流程及相关约定。
